Basket filter

The basket filters for liquids made by STC Srl follow the specifications provided by the client, trying to satisfy all the needs for special and uncommon applications.
These filters can be used in various fields: from the protection of equipment such as pumps and compressors, in the fine chemical, petrochemical and food & beverage sector, to general and steel industry.
The construction materials can be different: carbon steel, stainless steel and special austenitic ferritic steels such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Nickel alloys and Titanium Gr. 2. Also the measures are fully customizable.

All filters can be supplied according to the most common international standards: ASME Sec. VIII, EN13445, BS BS500, AD2000 and can be tested according to PED2014 / 68 / EC requirements, supplied with CE mark and USTAMP as needed.
Each basket filter can be subjected to various surface treatments such as internal and external coating cycles, pickling and passivation treatments.
STC basket filters for liquids can be equipped with various accessories such as pressure gauges, temperature or pressure transmitters and electrical switches.
Is it the same as BASKET FILTERS FOR GAS? Yes the type is the same but change the applications.

We can design this type of filter for many applications but the principal one is the removal of solid particles.
The filter elements can be realized in all type of metallic materials.
