Bag filter

Bag filters have a filtering surface with reduced dimensions and they are used as safety filters supporting other main filters.
They consist of a vertical cylindric body which contains a basket.
Inside the basket there is a filter bag which can have various characteristics and can be provided with a large variety of fabrics and mesh.

The design of these filters can also predict from one up to 16 bags assembled in parallel within the same container to increase the filtering surface. On the contrary they can be assembled in pairs using a system of pipes and valves, in order to continue the filtration process during the change of a full bag.
The materials used for the realization can be different: carbon steel, stainless steel and special austenitic ferritic steels such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Nickel alloys and Titanium Gr. 2, considering also the conditions in which the filters operate.

All filters can be supplied according to the most common international standards: ASME Sec. VIII, EN13445, BS BS500, AD2000 and can be tested according to PED2014 / 68 / EC requirements, supplied with CE mark and USTAMP as needed.
We can design this type of filter for many applications but the principal one is the removal of liquid particles.

The filter elements can be realized in all type of metallic materials.
Type of liquids: industrial, water, paintings.
